TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All the website care plans are subject to Just Marketing / Flow CRM Hub Terms and Conditions.
- The website care plan has different features for different plans.
- All website care plans can be cancelled with a 30-day notice or before the end of the term.
- Quarterly plans must be cancelled by the end of the period. Interruption halfway through the quarter will incur a 30-day penalty.
- This service has a strict non-refund policy unless agreed with the client.
- All plans use a paid software/plugin to monitor and protect the website and it will be installed on your website. Once the plan is cancelled, the software/plugin will be removed.
- Reports are provided as per your plan frequency (quarterly or monthly).
- Failure to pay for the agreed service (website care plan) may incur late fee payment, suspension of the service and payment recovery via a debt collector agency.
- Website care plans are designed to perform website maintenance, spam protection and backups. Excludes new plugin installation and setup; and payment of premium plugins is also excluded from this service.
